Our vision is to become the premier venture capital platform for cross-border innovation and investment, rooted in regional expertise and driven by global ambition.

FOUNDING PURPOSE

OCVC was founded on the belief that Bangladesh, with its rising adaptation, digital transformation, and young entrepreneurial population, is poised for an innovation boom. Yet, early-stage capital and institutional guidance remain limited. OCVC addresses this gap by providing capital, mentorship, and strategic support to promising ventures

While our operational heart lies in Bangladesh, OCVC is structured to welcome startups, investors, and partners from around the world. Our presence in Australia and access to other global hubs enable us to build bridges between emerging talent and international opportunity.

OCVC’s Role AS GENERAL PARTNER

As General Partner, OCVC leads fund management activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit planning. We are responsible for aligning investor goals with founder needs and ensuring that capital is deployed effectively, ethically, and with long-term value creation in mind.
